The Superior Health Foundation is now accepting grant applications for its Indigent Care Fund.
SHF will award up to $51,529.43 at its spring grant celebration in early May.
This year, qualified health-centered, non-profit organizations can apply for up to $10,000 in funding.
Eligibility information and on-line application forms are available here. Applications will be accepted from Feb. 1 through Feb. 28.
The Superior Health Foundation’s Grants Committee will review the applications and will make its recommendations to the SHF Board of Directors.
“The Indigent Care Fund is an important facet in our grant making at Superior Health Foundation,” said Jim LaJoie, executive director of the Superior Health Foundation. “There are a number of indigent care needs in the Upper Peninsula. We strongly encourage qualified non-profits to apply for funding.”
