On Friday afternoon in Watersmeet, the Lac Vieux Desert Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians presented the Superior Health Foundation with a check for $3,728.86! The funding was raised during the month of October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Players were encouraged to gift their gaming winnings while Lac Vieux Desert Band matched.
